Working multiple jobs as a single mother, Cecile Edwards winded up giving herself a panic attack from the level of daily anxiety she endured. Her doctor gave her a mandate of three months no work, and time in therapy to regroup. What she learned was that to be the best mother, she had to take good nurturing care of herself.
Now Cecile is an energy healer with a masters degree in elementary education, and she works with mothers to learn sacred and deep self-care. She hosts the Mommy Matters podcast, and leads women in intergenerational healing to honor the mother within.
