Liz Forrest is a teacher of the Toltec practices who studied with Don Miguel Ruiz Snr as well as was given the titles of “Mujer del Fuego” and Ambassador of Teotihuacan and the Toltec Teachings by the Cervantes, an Indigenous Toltec family who have lived in Teotihuacan for generations.

Liz Forrest is a teacher of the Toltec practices.
Offering Toltec teachings for over two decades, as she has learned them, is a contribution Liz is passionate to provide her students.
As a guide, Liz Forrest is dedicated to encouraging people to live their full potential. Liz was introduced to the Toltec Path by don Miguel Ruiz Sr., author of The Four Agreements and Bernadette Vigil, one of don Miguel’s first apprentices and author of The Mastery of Awareness in 1988. Liz apprenticed with Bernadette Vigil for 10 years and began teaching in 1996.
Liz received Teacher Certification Training from don Miguel Ruiz Sr. from 2002-2004. In 2004 Liz received permission to lead Power Journeys to Teotihuacan, Mexico, the home of the Toltecs.
Liz co-founded The Kiva of Salt Spring Island, on the west coast of Canada, a Toltec centre providing classes, workshops and ceremonies for over a decade.
During her apprenticeship Liz Forrest was introduced to the Cervantes, an Indigenous Toltec family who have lived in Teotihuacan for generations. For more than two decades Valentin Cervantes and family have welcomed Liz into their family and shared their culture, ceremonies and love of their heritage. In a 2017 ceremony with Valentin Cervantes, family and community, Liz Forrest was given the titles of “Mujer del Fuego” and Ambassador of Teotihuacan and the Toltec Teachings.
Liz currently teaches online and in person courses and takes groups on Power Journeys to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, Mexico twice a year.
